At milisays, we prioritize transparency in material sourcing. We recognize that pet owners require verified data to make informed choices for their homes.
Verification Policy
It is our policy to withhold claims regarding the following until verified by supplier documentation or independent testing:
- Material grades (we do not use terms like "medical-grade" without verification).
- Safety certifications (including "non-toxic" or "BPA-free" claims).
- Product lifespan and specific load-bearing capacity.
- Performance outcomes such as noise reduction or dental benefits.
Our current design focus is to offer pet furniture that aligns with modern interior aesthetics using materials such as ceramic, nylon, felt, and sisal. Specific material specifications and care instructions are maintained on individual product detail pages (PDP) based on currently verified data.
